Aspergers Employment Workshop

Using the strengths of AS, navigating the challenges of the workplace and choosing the right career path

In this workshop I reveal the specific challenges that young people with AS can expect to encounter when they enter the workforce, while providing strategies to successfully deal with them. Many inherent AS ‘traits’ are actually highly desirable qualities in the workplace if understood and utilized correctly. We will also discover how to choose the right career path by drawing a Personal Job Map; a simple tool developed specifically for people with Aspergers and high-functioning autism.
